Who we are
AutoNurture, Lda. is a company registered in Lisbon, Portugal. We provide AI Workers for SMBs.
Data we process
We process the data your AI Worker needs to do its job, candidate profiles for Riya, invoice and customer records for Lia, and the call recordings, transcripts, and metadata generated during work.
Where it lives
Customer data is stored in EU regions on enterprise infrastructure. Call audio is retained per your configured retention window (default 30 days) and then deleted.
Your rights
GDPR rights apply: access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, objection. Email privacy@autonurture.ai and we'll respond within 30 days.
Sub-processors
A current list of sub-processors is available on request. We will notify you 30 days before any change.
