Hiring an AI Worker vs buying SaaS
The accounting line matters. We argue you should put us in payroll, not in your software budget.
Where the budget lives
SaaS budgets are line-item battles. Every renewal is a quarterly defense against a procurement team that gets bonused on cutting spend. Payroll budgets are different. Once a role exists, it's defended by the person managing it.
We want to be defended. So we sell to the function head, not to IT, and we price like a hire.
The unit economics
A junior SDR or collections agent in Iberia costs €28–42K all-in. Riya and Lia are priced inside that band on purpose. The buyer isn't comparing us to other software, they're comparing us to a job posting.
That changes everything about the sale. There's no 'pilot for 30 days,' there's an offer letter and a start date.
What we ask in return
An annual commitment, a manager assigned on day one, and weekly check-ins for the first month. The same things you'd ask of any new hire. If we're not delivering by month three, you let us go, also like any new hire.
